Who we are

I am a dreamer who fights day by day to fulfill my dreams and make them a reality. Life has no limits; we set our own limits out of fear of failure, but it is quite the opposite: failures are simply stepping-stones to success. The opportunity to live is only one, and the opportunity to fail is many. You choose whether you want to take advantage of your one opportunity in life to postpone your dreams or if you give your life the chance to succeed.

My story begins when one day I wanted my future to change for me, when I should be the one working to change my future. So, I understood that the future will change if you decide to change and work for your future.

I have always been passionate about cooking; I spend my time in the kitchen and look for any excuse to prepare something delicious for my family, regardless of the moment or hour. I feel fulfilled when I see how my family enjoys the dish I prepared at that moment.

I felt that I was missing something to accomplish, and I realized that I really wanted to show the world who I am and the unique, fun, and colorful way I enjoy myself in the kitchen.

When it came to choosing the name, it was very difficult; I didn't know how to start this new project that, just thinking about it, filled me with a lot of excitement and made me feel joyful just imagining it. I wanted it to have the name of cooking, but just the word cooking wasn't enough for me. I thought and said: “Food is essential in our lives, and the heart of the home is in the kitchen, where family warmth begins, where the family comes together to share ideas and recipes, where a cup of coffee or tea turns into beautiful, unique, and unforgettable moments. The love of every family begins in the kitchen,” and for this reason, I saw the perfect combination of two words: “Cocina Indispensable.” For this reason and more, I decided to name my project Cocina Indispensable, as it carries within it, in all its splendor, the most important things in our lives: what is indispensable for all of us, family and cooking."
